Fragmentiert und augmentiert – die Relation zweier künstlerischer Positionen aus Los Angeles/USA und Braunschweig/Germany. In TRACE VERSUS SPACE/TRACE VERSUS TIME zeichnen und formen die beiden künstlerischen Positionen von Carol Kaufman (Los Angeles) und Marion Jungeblut (Braunschweig/Porto Cristo/Los Angeles) Verbindunglinien, die sich zwischen den Möglichkeitsformen minimalistischer Oberflächen und deren Erscheinungen von 2D- und 3D- Objekten entwickeln. Beide Künstlerinnen zeigen in ihren Werken individuelle Transformationen und Abstraktionen – „to trace time and space” – und konfrontieren hierbei 2D- und 3D-Positionen in einer als Duo Solo Exhibition konzipierten Ausstellung, um Möglichkeitswelten verschiedener Reflektions- und Reflexionsebenen und -prozessen beim Betrachter zu induzieren.

Both artists create with their different approach to tracing time and surface in their artwork a unique possibility to confront 2D and 3D positions in a Dual Solo Exhibition to establish and induce imagination within the viewing process of the beholder.
